2016届新人一枚，有没有人告诉一下那里的待遇怎么样啊？本人是西工大毕业的，想问问转正后扣完各种费用每个月能拿到手里多少钱啊。

本科生下学期找工作，去国企还是私企呢？ 985毕业，材控。据学长说毕业后工作不是问题，不过现在很纠结，如果只考虑薪酬想选私企，如果长远考虑，又想选国企，有没有前辈给点建议啊？一同找工作的求交流。
