官方最新消息 Bonds Release Info and Didnapper 2 by Kendrian, 8 hours and 58 minutes ago Journals / Personal Now on to some good news! We are very close to finishing Bonds. Hopefully it will be finished next week and that's when we will start hiring voice actors for gag talk (no, not here on DeviantArt). After that's done, it's just a matter of sorting out some formalities before we can fully release the game along with the free demo! We've managed to produce stable versions for both PC and Mac, and we're working hard to get a stable version done for other platforms like Android done as well. So, with the release drawing close, we'd like to go over it's main features.Bonds is essentially a Visual Novel style game, meaning you play through a story primarily through dialogue and choices. In Bonds, this is Story Mode. This mainly where you progress the game and unlock features within Session Mode. You can also unlock full CG DID drawings which can later be viewed in Gallery.Session Mode is where you can dress up your characters, choose restraints and interact with them (similar to the Private Cell in Didnapper). Here you also get commissions from people who will pay for photos of your 3 models tied up. Meet their demands, and you'll earn money to unlock more stuff in the shop.We hope you're looking forward to the release as much as we are! But what comes after Bonds? Well, as of right now we are planning on making Didnapper 2, since the previous idea for Silk has been gradually altered to the point of it basically being a different game than the original idea. Whether we end up naming the game just "Didnapper 2" (given it's not a direct sequel) is still being discussed, but we are planning on making it similar to Didnapper in many ways. We have a complete story and some early concepts ready for this game and are just waiting to get started on it. Some information about "Didnapper 2": - A very Story driven game. The intention is to give a classic JRPG kind of feel to it. - A completely new cast of characters. - Some old characters from Didnapper 1 showing up. - Set in the same world but in a different part of it with more history and magic. - A bunch of DID implemented in the story and world building (of course). This is planned to be a much larger game than Didnapper 1, so the development time would at the bare minimum be at least a year (thanks to everyone on Patreon I also personally have a lot more time working on games now compared to when I was studying at university). We are planning to make the development of this game a lot more open than the development of Bonds, which has been less public due to it's smaller size and shorter development cycle. We would for example like to have periodical public demo releases similar to the pre-v1.7 Didnapper demos. If we make enough money on Patreon to sustain the development of this game, then we intend to make the game free. However, if we don't make enough through the crowdfunding, we will have to charge for the full version like we do with Bonds, though as mentioned, we intend to have free demos so you get an idea of what the full version includes. 新作即将来临 So, as many may already know, Tsukemen and I have started actively working our next DID project, currently going under the working title of Bonds. Since not a lot of information has been shared about this game so far, we thought it best to give a brief explanation as to what this game is about, and show a preview of the general look of the game. So, Bonds is a visual novel style anime game set in modern times. Its story features two best friends who find out they both have an interest for bondage, and so begin to explore their interest together. Eventually they start taking commissions for photos of them tied up to earn money for more equipment. The game features cutscenes during storytelling and dialogue, with occasional full-screen images to better illustrate certain scenes (you can guess which ), as well as captive interaction somewhat similar to what you have seen in the Private Cell in Didnapper (but with more features). t is being developed with RPG Maker MV primarily aimed at mobile devices (mainly Android and iOS), since it is completely touch-based, but we also plan to have a PC/Mac version (where you can use mouse instead). We want the game to be cheaper than similar games out there, despite also planning on giving it more content than those games. The price we are currently envisioning for the full game is between $5 and $10. We are of course also planning to make a free demo, so that people get an idea of what they are potentially going to buy.Bonds is a smaller project than Didnapper, and we therefore hope to have it done relatively soon. We decided to focus on this smaller project before starting on one of the larger ones that we have planned so that we can test the waters finacially. Thanks to all those who have supported our work on Patreon so far, we've got a pretty decent start, and depending on how well this project does, we'll see whether it's feasible for us to start working fully on a bigger project like "Silk", the more Didnapper-like DID RPG we have described in earlier journals. As I have explained in previous journals I am now in a situation where I can sadly no longer work on DID games for free as a hobby, hence the Patreon and price tag on the next project. If this game or our Patreon don't reach a sustainable level of support... Well, then Tsukemen will be enrolling a design school that leads to bigger game or movie studios, while I will have to move to a non-DID full-time job, but at least we will have learned a lot from this, and it will have been very fun to work on this Hopefully this has clarified somewhat what this next DID game project is going to be like. I would also like to mention that I am also working on the v1.8.1 update for Didnapper, which will probably be ready in about week or two. There is currently some interesting work being done by modders in the Discord channel, and if something good and usable shows up, I might add that to this update
