资深球迷对本赛季联赛对手的评估 乔利和楠特威奇被评价为提升最高。乔利大概有三位前联队成员。 I'll start with the teams that look to me to be (on paper anyway) weaker. Ashton - lost DJ as boss and he's taken many of their best players with him Buxton - lost their best player (Marc Roberts) to Halifax but will have gotten a fee for him so if Martin McIntosh is allowed to use that money to supplement his budget they might be able to do something but for now I'd see them as likely to struggle a bit. Marine - another club changing managers. Have been very quiet about comings and goings. If Fowler is back that's a plus for sure but overall I think Phil Brazier has got a lot to do. There's another chunk of clubs who look to have stood still, not obviously gotten weaker but equally not gotten stronger. Blyth - think they'll always struggle unless they find a benefactor as the travelling costs they accrue must put them at a disadvantage before a ball is kicked. Frickley - good for them that they secured Allott's signature. they'll need to keep him fit(ter than last season when hamstring problems kept him off the pitch too much) to make an impact. They might upset a few of the more-favoured teams this season. Matlock - I think 'they are what they are'. Another capable of upsetting 'better' sides on their day but I don't see them putting together a run. Rushall - over-achieved massively last season. I've heard next to nothing about personnel changes but would be amazed if they replicate last season's heroics. Stafford - if they get Ashton fit again after his broken ankle then they'll be fine, if not then they may struggle. Stocksbridge - not sure what to expect as I've heard very little. Would expect them to be in the bottom half but a few new faces and a decent start could see them push on. Whitby - lost Liversedge this summer as he's now signed on with Burnley. Like Blyth I think the time and money spent travelling does them no favours. Worksop - significant budget cut after last season's extravagant wages did not translate to on-pitch success. Having said that many of last season's hgher paid players remain on the books - Mettam and Denton will score goals again even if they're being paid less money now. Unclear how they'll fare at the other end in terms of keeping clean sheets. A chunk of clubs that I've really very little idea about - it's even more difficult to assess relegated and promoted clubs than it is those who played in the same league last season. Barwell - not a clue. They did well last season in their first season in the Southern Premier League Premier Division to finish midtable but have now been moved sideways into NPL because of geographic considerations. Many think that the NPL at steps 3 & 4 is the strongest of all of the regional leagues at this level of the pyramid. Barwell's performances this coming season might provide a (bit of a) pointer to the relative strengths of SPL and NPL at least. Droylsden - very poor last season by all accounts. Will be interesting to see how they fare. Unsure of ins and outs since their relegation from Conference North. King's Lynn - I think that the extra travelling might see them underachieve a little but I'd expect them to comfortably 'hold their own'. Skelmersdale - Tommy Lawson has finally got Skem up after seemingly failing in the play-offs so many times. He's lost one or two of the side who won promotion so impressively but he'll have replacements lined up I'm sure. Could be a surprise package. Stamford - Ricky Miller's goals might be tough for them to replace, he's opted for Boston this season. They've got one or two very good players and will certainly surprise some NPL teams this season if they're underestimated - beat FC in the Trophy last season. Trafford - they'll be solid. Looks like much the same squad for this season so they should 'hit the ground running'. Another handful of clubs who may well be marginally improved over last season. AFC Fylde - many are backing them as favourites but I'm not convinced that they're that much better than they were last season. They will surely miss the goals that Sean Cooke scored from midfield in the second half of last season, ex-Nantwich player Cooke is joined by Adam Farrell in swapping the north Lancs coast for the Midlands by moving to AFC Telford. Danny Lloyd has come in and he'll get his share of goals. Also one of last season's late loan arrivals Matty Blinkorn has signed on for the season. They've also lined up Andy Russell to offer defensive options. If they avoid the distraction of long cup runs they'll certainly challenge - many think that it was only their FA Cup run that prevented them from challenging NFU and Hednesford last season - but I still think they're only marginally better now than 12 months ago. Grantham - a disappointing showing last season. New management team came in and righted the ship. Expected Sucharewycz and Robinson to strengthen and they certainly have. MacDonald from Matlock will get goals whilst Dan Haystead in nets is an upgrade for certain. Add in Romaine Graham and Paolo Piliero who were perhaps the only two bright sparks in a poor Eastwood side last season and you've got a very impressive group. Could be a surprise challenger. Ilkeston - dreadful start last season. Then showed form in the second half on a par with the promotion clubs. Have a very good academy set-up and will reap the rewards. Expect them to start better and be in the mix. Witton - off pitch concerns may prove a distraction but Brian Pritchard knows his stuff. They'll be stronger for the experience of getting into the playoffs last season so expect them to push hard for a repeat visit to post-season action. Teams who seem significantly stronger. Chorley - Flitcroft got it badly wrong last season by unsettling his incumbent goalkeeper Russ Saunders by bringing in Andy Robertson. The newcomer was disasterous for the Magpies but before he was released Saunders had moved on too. Cudworth came in and did well enough but Sam Ashton represents an upgrade. He's also brought in Jake Cottrell who could be devestatingly effective with Tom Baker in the engine room. Adam Mather is another good acquisition. With Teague and O'Brien as CBs they'll not concede many..........my only question is who is going to score at the other end? If he finds (the money for) a 25 goal striker then they'll be my strong favourites for the automatic spot. Nantwich - Danny Johnson has brought most of his best players across from Ashton and has also brought in one or two others. They'll be stronger than last season but still will fall short of the pay-offs I think. Special team to whom I have an emotional bond and therefore might struggle to analyse them objectively. FC United - Kyle is a big loss but in Liam Brownhill we may have found a replacement that does not represent a significant downgrade. Jake's energy and tenacity was always going to be tough to replace but in Chris Worsley we've got a player who does all the busy stuff that Jake did and is a much better user of the ball. Big tick in the box there. Carlos will be missed for certain but in Steve Johnson we've another player who works incredibly hard and looks after the ball very well. Raglan looks like favourite to spend time at CB and has shown promise thus far. The majority of last year's group have elected to stay and with a sprinlingof quality coming in we'll be fine. After a bit of a feeling of 'woe is me' when the word came out that KJ, JC and CR were all leaving I feel much more optimistic now.
