We had a problem with our bank, we have spent few months providing them all additional documents and information that they have asked for. Therefore there was an unforeseen delay in activation of our corporate bank account. Eventually our bank refused to activate our bank account because they don't want to work with investments raised by crowdfunding. Fortunately we have changed the bank that we work with for the bank that is ready to work with crowdfunding funds, and currently we are working on the process of corporate bank account opening. New update ... firstly read the previous update. DLP projection system may reflect up to 1024 shades of gray, which allows obtaining a highly detailed grayscale image. DMD-chip is capable of transmitting digital video or graphic signal by means of a light source and projection lens; the mirrors reflect digital image or video on a screen or other surface. Together with the electronics, the Digital Micromirror Device technology allows projecting images and video of high quality. Texas Instruments emphasizes the following advantages of DLP technology: • Sharpness (due to the mirrors’ proximity to each other - about 1 micron). • High image quality (color rendition, brightness, sharpness, reality and contrast). • Reality (contrast of about 20,000:1). • Fully digital image. • Response time (pixel response - 16 ms). • Safe operation of equipment. • Interactive projectors (with special interactive sensors that react with any projected surface in the following modes: indication, clicks, scrolling, navigation, writing, drawing, and other functions, direct touch, or remote communication with the screen). New update Dear Ritot Supporters, Here is the promised update. More developing information, including prototype will go out tomorrow and on the next week. About Projection Technology There are several microprojection technologies, including DLP Pico, Microvision PicoP, OnDeGo, LCOS versions by Syndiant and 3M, as well as FLCoS. They all use LEDs as backlights and differ only in the way they project images. However, in reality, only two technologies are currently widely used, they are DLP Pico micromirror technology and the liquid crystal FLCoS. The Pico projector design is similar to that of single-matrix DLP-projector, except that it uses colored LEDs instead of the light filter disk. The picture is generated by DMD matrix with lots of tiny mirrors, reflecting light from three high power LEDs, which is red, green and blue. Each micromirror corresponds to a pixel in the image, and a color picture is created by sequential switching of LEDs with high frequency imperceptible to humans. The advantages of DLP Pico include realistic color and high contrast ratio (1000: 1). Screen resolution depends on the matrix. The absence of complex mechanics increases the overall reliability of the system, whereas low heating allows embedding projection modules in almost any device with passive cooling. FLCoS Projection Technology. The vast majority of Pico projectors sold nowadays use this technology. Such system is based on a chip with LCD panel equipped with a mirror backing. Powerful color LEDs illuminate the panel; the light is reflected from spots where a cell is open, forming a bright pixel, and dark pixels from the closed cells. The principle of forming a color image is the same as in the DLP Pico: red, green and blue LEDs sequentially illuminate the liquid crystal panel with high frequency. LCD system is cheaper and more compact, as well as more economical than a DLP. Its disadvantages include noticeably worse color reproduction (in particular, the lack of “real” black) and lower contrast (the average contrast - 200:1).
