啊咧、、、 What is a LEGO ID account and what can I use it for? Your LEGO ID account grants you access to a world of experiences on LEGO.com. Save your progress and high scores in games, upload pictures of your cool creations in galleries, enter contests, discuss topics on the message boards with other LEGO fans, and much more! Why do I need a username for a LEGO ID account? The username is used across LEGO.com when uploading pictures to the galleries, discussing topics on the message boards and much more. It is also the username we use to get in contact with you, if you have forgotten your password. Need tips for creating a username? Your username should be easy to remember. Please do not use any personal information such as your real name. The username cannot be changed later, so choose wisely! Why is an email address required when registering for a LEGO ID account? The email address that you provide when you register is only used for account administration. Your email will not be visible to other users, nor will it be shared publicly! Should you choose not to add an email right now, you may still add it to your account later, once logged into your account. Can several people register for a LEGO ID account on the same computer or device? Of course! Simply remember to log off anyone currently logged in, and you are ready to register for a new LEGO ID account. Remember to log off when you leave LEGO.com if there are multiple people using your computer or device. Closing the browser will not log you off if you have selected the “Remember me” option on the Login page. My parents did not receive the activation email for my LEGO ID account. What should I do? Please log into your LEGO ID account and enter your username and password. You should now be able to resend the activation email. You will need to enter your password again and an email address. This will resend the activation email to the address you provide. For parents: If you have an anti-spam filter to discard junk mail, our activation mail may be misrouted. Please check if the activation email has been discarded by such a filter. My parents did not activate my LEGO ID account within the time frame. What should I do? LEGO ID accounts expire, if they have not been activated within 21 days. You will therefore need to register for a new LEGO ID. Please note that you will have to choose a different username if you register twice. What does the option "Remember me" mean on my LEGO ID account? You can choose to remain logged into your account on a computer. If using a shared computer (in libraries, schools, etc.), remember to log off. If you choose the “Remember me” option, you will still have to re-type your password to access personal or financial information as a security measure. I am having trouble logging into my LEGO ID account. What should I do? Please check that your browser is set up to accept cookies. You can usually find the cookie options in either the advanced or security sections of your internet browser. If this does not work, we suggest that you delete your temporary internet files. To children: Please ask your parents or the computer's owner for permission first. I have forgotten my password. What should I do? You will need to reset your password to make a new one. Simply enter your username and click on the "Forgot your password?" link on the Login page. The username(s) registered with that email address will afterwards be sent to you by email. My account has been locked. What should I do? If you have failed to log into your account after five attempts, your account will be locked. Wait one hour and your account will be open again. How do I delete my LEGO ID account? You need to log in and click the "Edit Profile" link. Select the "DELETE LEGO ID" link. Your LEGO ID account will be deleted as well as all profiles associated with this (E.g. your LEGO Network profile, LEGO Shop profile, etc.).
