自8个月前，土鳖就不给我发VIP Points了！！！！！！！！！！！ 自8个月前，土鳖就不给我发VIP Points了！ 我是2012年12月购买的VIP包年，头几个月还给我VIP TP。但我这VIP快到期了，土鳖还有8个月的TP没给我。最近几天我已经发了N个申请了，按照吧里之前的帖子填写的。 只是收到了如下两种自动回信： “hank you for your contact. This automated email has been sent as a confirmation that we have received the additional details that you have provided with regards to your open ticket. Once an agent is able to review your ticket you will receive additional contact if requested. If you have requested for this ticket to be closed, no further action is necessary. If you would like to provide additional details for the agent who will be reviewing your ticket, please reply to this email. Please note that you will receive an additional confirmation message.
