【音乐·TakeThat】BFG的翻唱版本最近偶然的机会淘到一张日本版的BFG single 2 ，在网上找这个版本相关资料的时候，无意中看到原来到20年底，BFG已经被其他歌手翻唱过 89次的，以录音版本计算更惊喜的是，去年底，Boyz II Men出的一张翻唱专辑LOVE里面也收录了BFG，大家可以去找来听一下，有点意思，起码BoyzIIMen的名头还是够大啊. 唯一可惜的是在该张专辑中的BoyzIIMen是三个人，少了一位，所以这次的BFG翻唱还是有些遗憾，不是那么完美啊

【新闻·TakeThat】 Gary开始着手TT新专辑 Gary Barlow 'working on Take That album' Tuesday, March 2 2010, 13:19 GMT By David Balls, Music Reporter Gary Barlow is reportedly concentrating solely on writing new material for Take That's next studio album. The singer recently renewed his publishing deal with Sony/ATV, but is putting on hold writing for other artists to work on tracks for the 'Greatest Day' band. "He's got to focus on the Take That record with the rest of the guys and they're doing it now, but he's not a man who sits around," Sony/ATV UK managing director Rak Sanghvi told Music Week. "He's got his own label imprint through Universal. He's a really driven and prolific songwriter and artist and I'm sure the second the Take That record is in the bag he'll be off doing other projects.” Barlow has recently written material for artists including John Barrowman, Dame Shirley Bassey, Alesha Dixon, Katherine Jenkins, N-Dubz and Peter Kay, while also launching new singer Camilla Kerslake through his own Future label. Take That are expected to release their next studio album later this year and tour again in 2011. The group have notched up nearly 4.8 million combined sales of their past two albums Beautiful World and The Circus.

brits award nominations公布 TT共入围其中三个奖项Best Group 对手比较强的为 Arctic Monkeys, Kaiser Chiefs, 但应该没问题Best Album 最大对手应该是Mika的Life in Cartoon MotionBest Single （入围歌为Shine，好奇怪不是rule the world，难道因为没拿到单曲榜冠军！？）另外其他奖项方面 Britsch Breakthrough Act方面Mika跟Leona Lewis估计要争得头破血流了，我支持Mika，最近听他的专辑Life in Cartoon Motion很不错，难怪爆红得一发不可收拾。

Kath’s set to team up with Take That Kath’s set to team up with Take ThatOct 6 2007by Gavin Allen, South Wales EchoKATHERINE Jenkins has revealed she is planning a special live collaboration with Take That on the band’s upcoming UK tour.The Welsh mezzo-soprano has been working with the group’s songwriter, Gary Barlow, on her new album, Rejoice, which comes out next month.The pair have become such firm friends that Barlow has also written the climactic song for Jenkins’ upcoming show with Darcy Bussell, Viva La Diva.And the singing star, who was a Take That fan as a young girl, is thrilled to be returning the favour.“I can’t tell you exactly what it is yet because it’s still a bit of a secret and I don’t want to spoil the surprise for everyone, but we are working on something,” Jenkins told the Echo.“All I’m going to say is that they are going out on tour very soon.”When asked if she would be performing the Lulu role in Relight My Fire, Jenkins replied “I couldn’t do that!” which points to a piece of work written especially for her.The Echo understands that the collaboration will be ready for the band’s immediate UK tour dates and could even happen as early as next week.Take That play five dates in Belfast from October 11-16 and then tour Europe.They then return to Britain for the five dates in Birmingham, which run from November 15-20.Jenkins doesn’t begin her UK tour with Viva La Diva until November 25. So although she is busy with rehearsals, she could potentially work with the band on every one of their forthcoming dates.Take That have often welcomed regular guest stars with them on tour and have frequently taken Lulu around the UK with them to perform their hit single Relight My Fire.And the collaboration with Jenkins is understood to be something that will happen on every night of the UK dates rather than just a one-off.

[Neue Single] Rule The World Rule The World将会是takethat的下一张发行的单曲，估计会是10月中，因为可以同时会10月中开始的2007欧洲巡回演唱会造势Rule The World 是电影Stardust的主题曲，Stardust欧洲的上映时间也会在10月。这是take that第一次为电影作曲，而且得到的评价非常高，甚至已经被媒体捧为明年oscar的提名之一，是值得拭目以待的
