求助大家，甲减期脖子肿该吃些什么呀甲减两个多月了，一直没什么症状，以为就会这样悄悄的好起来，恢复正常，结果没在意这两天就累到了，还有些着凉，结果感觉脖子不舒服好像有点肿了，嗓子也有些不适，特别担心，想问问大家该吃些什么好

大家甲减期都用优甲乐了吗进来说说呗

记录我的亚甲炎不幸得了亚甲炎，很苦恼，在网上查信息时，意外发现了我们吧，找到了组织的感觉，哭，兔兔的贴也给了我很大帮助，所以我也把我的病程记录下来，希望大家有个参考。12月右侧脖子有隐痛感，以为是淋巴结没在意，12.21日左右疼痛加剧并且吞咽困难，12.24去医院化验甲功一起正常，彩超显示甲状腺炎，医生说是亚甲炎，但当时除脖子疼外身体并无任何不适，但12.25下午开始浑身无力，难受，低烧，但不打算吃激素，准备挺过去，大概一周，脖子不疼了很开心，身上症状也减轻，没想到随之二天后左侧脖子开始痛、肿，比右侧更为严重，因为之前查过说亚甲炎会由一侧转为另一侧，所以也没有过多担心，但仍然天天低烧，难受，坚持不吃药。1.5又去医院验了甲功，高高低低的都不正常，进入了甲亢期。后来1.21又做了一次彩超，做的大夫竟然说我甲状腺都没有好的了，唉，而且从当晚开始发烧升至38度多，大夫建议我吃激素，我决定第二天去省城医院看看再决定，到了省城医院挂了教授号，看了之前的检查数据后大夫又让我做了甲状腺显影、血常规、肝功、肾功、心电图的检查，然后诊断还是亚甲炎，但没有让我吃激素很开心，开的乐松来降温镇痛，还有皮莫多德颗粒冲剂来增加免疫力，这样吃了两周，其实乐松一天三次药量挺大的，但当时前几天确实需要因为吃药体温从38度多降到37度多，还是低烧，而且药劲过了时挺难受的，但吃了7、8天左右症状就基本没有了，这时其实应该给乐松减量，但大夫没说过，我也继续乖乖听话照吃，唉，结果2.5日去复查甲功显示仍然是甲亢期，而且由于乐松吃多了，肝功也不好了，太无奈了，所以想提醒各位病友，看病时一定要问清药量及增减情况，因为肝功不好了大夫让停了乐松，加开了保肝的药甘乐片，继续喝匹多莫德增强免疫力，但由于我当时验血人太多血项当天没出来，而我看的大夫年前及整个二月都不出诊了，当时现挂别的教授又挂不上，所以大夫是微信看单诊断的，导致我没开到药，回家这面又买不到，就没吃药，因为当时没啥症状而且觉得肝功是可逆的，我把乐松停了应该就没事了，也快过年了大过年的也不想吃，于是就有半个月没吃药，开始时还担心不吃乐松会难受发烧，结果都还好。又到了要复查的时候了，因为大医院人太太太多了，昨天去我们的市医院把甲功、肝功、肾功、血常规、血沉啥的都验了，打算拿单据直接给大夫看，昨天的甲功显示与之前的数据完全相反，低的变高，高的变低，唉，欲哭无泪啊，我进入到甲减期了，由于之前没啥症状，还期待着会一下子就恢复呢，事实证明是奢望啊，而且肝功更不好了之前是60，比标准的只高出20，现在都130了，应该是我没吃药又加上过年油腻的吃得多又不动的缘故，所以各位还得遵医嘱啊，不能像我看没啥症状就自己定，唉，我今天又重新挂了一个教授，现在在去省城的高铁上写的这些，觉得这个病挺痛苦的，也折磨人，期间在我们吧里了解了很多信息，一些病友的经历也给了我很大信心，所以把我的病程详细描述出来，希望对大家能有所帮助，今天有啥最新的我再上来和各位汇报哈
