上海：全部通过试用期 6名大专清扫工无一离职上海：全部通过试用期 6名大专清扫工无一离职 2007年06月13日劳动报年轻的清扫工们领到劳动用品（资料图片）两个月前，上海卢湾区市容管理局招聘了30名沪籍清扫工，其中包括25年来首次招聘的6名大专毕业生。昨天（12日），这批清扫工全部通过“毕业考试”，结束2个月的试用期，今起将独立上岗。昨天上午9点20分左右，记者赶至卢浦大桥考试现场，这些新员工正在进行扎扫帚的考核。记者看到,大部分人动作很快，显得十分熟练。扎扫帚的考核结束后，开始进行清扫考核，考核分5组进行，每组6人，一名评审负责一组考生，评审的内容主要看扫地的动作是否规范。负责招聘培训工作的工作人员介绍说，从目前实习的情况看，这批环卫清扫工表现都还不错，“没有一个人主动走掉。”记者了解到，以前招聘的员工中，因为手上磨泡、腰酸背痛等吃不起苦而走掉的不在少数。从今天开始，这批新员工就可以独立上岗操作，不必再由师傅带领着上班了。据悉，这批员工工作第一年每月实得1500元，单位另交三金，第二年每月实得1800元，单位另交四金。“从基础做起也不错，第三年有机会转到其他岗位上去。”大专学历的员工小胡对未来充满了自信。年轻的清扫工们领到劳动用品（资料图片）
