小小的坚持，小基数减肥记录，6.1—7.31，50→45kg！ 小小是小个子，160cm，目前50kg，谈不上很胖但是身上的肉肉不紧，肩背宽容易显壮，大腿较粗，四肢纤细但腰腹赘肉横生，木有腰。。。 理想目标是45kg，最好能练出点腹肌。 从6.1开始减肥，为时两个月。打算适当控制饮食+跳郑多燕，初步计划每天一套，每周6天，休息1天。由于工作较忙，郑多燕安排在晚上9点左右跳。 给自己两个月的时间，一定要坚持下来！加油，小小！
新人求教：应该早晨还是晚上跳郑多燕？ 楼主是吧里的新人，刚在淘宝买了郑多燕的DVD还木有收到，打算收到后开始坚持跳。有个关于锻炼的时间问题想要请教大家。 楼主平常工作较忙，时间比较少，早晨七点多点就必须出门，所以六点起的话也最多抽半小时的时间，而且如果早起跳操的话应该饭前吧？不会头晕吗？ 如果晚上的话大约有一个小时可以用来锻炼，晚饭一般七点左右，打算九点开始锻炼。这个时间可以吗？有神马要注意的呢？ 还有，大家是每天都跳吗？
