I'm not sure what exactly that is supposed to mean, and I try to understand what the essence of an actors' play is, overwhelming and timeless. I think of myself as instinctive: I use what the moment gives me, no more than my reason. But it's all relative, obviously. Because instinct is insufficient if it's not framed by a basic technique, an actor must know how to work his voice, his body and his lines to adapt himself around it. I do not become a character as much as it becomes me. On a more psychological note: avoid falling in love with a character at all costs, it works in a deconstructive manner to feel amorous about the subject you are trying to analyze. (She laughs.) It wouldn't be conformist to the way you should interpret a role, the risk of becoming too sentimental in your approach and botch the part would be too high. It's up to the spectators to judge the character for themselves.
