All money raised from phone-lines, events and text-message voting is donated to the cause. Tommy says in the magazine: "When Cosmo first asked me to get naked, I thought 'No Way!' But when I heard it was for charity I was like 'Okay, it's for a good reason.' " Tommy worked with a female photographer on the shoot, which was initially scheduled to be held in Spain.
