越南新的住房法鼓励外国人购房 据商务部网站援引驻胡志明市总领馆经商室消息，《越南新闻》12月2日报道，越南国会于11月25日批准了《住房法》修正案，取消了对外国人购房的很多限制，修订后的法律将于2015年7月1日生效。此举有助于增强越南房地产市场信心。 按照新的《住房法》，拥有赴越签证的外国人、外国投资基金、外资银行、外企在越分支机构和代表处均可购买房屋，可购买公寓和包含土地产权的别墅。 外国人在越南购房只有2条限制，一是房屋产权为50年(但与越南公民结婚的外国人可拥有房屋永久产权)；二是每人在一个公寓小区或一个坊级行政区划最多只能拥有一套房屋。外国人所购住房的面积和总套数不受限制，但每个公寓小区外国人拥有的住房总数不能超过30%，每个坊级区划内外国人拥有的别墅不能超过250套。
