来人帮我翻译啊啊啊啊 啊!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... 20M SPRINT Change of pace to beat opponent/recover into defending positions EQUIPMENT Cones and measuring tape to mark out the sprinting lane. Electronic timing system (e.g. Brower) preferred, as handtimed sprints are generally more variable and faster than electronic-timed sprints. Stopwatch is acceptable if electronic timing is unavailable. ENVIRONMENT/SET-UP Conduct test on grass or artificial turf field with a flat, level surface offering secure footing and an unobstructed sprint lane of 20 meters with at least 6 meters of recovery area beyond the finish line PROTOCOL If using stopwatch, athlete begins in a 2-point (standing) athletic stance with feet staggered on the start line. If timing with an electronic start beam, athlete should start from a line marked 50 cm (20 inches) behind the timing beam to minimize pre- mature breaking of beam due to arm swing. Instruct athletes to run through the finish line for best times. Hand-timing begins on athlete’s first movement from set position. Instruct athletes that any countermovement (rock-back or drop step) will initiate timing and affect the result. Hand-timing stops when the athlete’s torso crosses the finish line. Two timed trials are allowed; both should be recorded. MEASURE Each athlete receives two timed trials. Record the results of both sprint trials to the second decimal (nearest 1/100th of a second), e.g.3.21 sec. Administrator should record running surface (e.g. grass, artificial turf, etc.) and timing system used (e.g. Brower). DISQUALIFICATION Times are disqualified and not recorded if:! 1. Athlete false starts, i.e. starts without first being set for 2-3 seconds, or uses a rolling start. 2. Athlete starts sprint in a 3-point or 4-point stance, with hand(s) down on line.! 3. Athlete starts sprint with foot across start line (or across 20in/50cm setback line if electronic start). ! 4. There is a timing error or equipment malfunction that prevents accurate timing or casts doubt on the accuracy of the reported time. Allow athlete another trial after the first disqualification. Any additional sprint in which the athlete does not complete sprint as instructed by the protocol will result in a disqualified trial with no opportunity for re-do. BENCHMARKS For teenage boys, expect 2.85 – 3.53s with an average of 3.19 +/- .17s. For teenage girls, expect 3.12 – 4.12s with an average of 3.62 +/-.25s. NOTE: Hand timing will generally be 0.15 seconds faster than electronic timing.
