作业的改革 感动的东西,震撼....不仅仅是一个教师,请置顶 作业革命 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 上传时间:2002-11-14 21:39:33 教师论文 作者:刘春生 献给所有致力于教学创新实践的老师朋友们—— 作为一个教师,如果学生交来的作业本中夹了一只虫子;如果作业本上要考你一道奥林匹克数学题,或者留言提醒你吃哪种药可以治你的咳嗽,等等,你会有什么反应?我就经常收到这样的作业本,而且我也总是乐此不疲地批阅着。 作业是长期以来困扰学生和教师的头号问题。学生的课外时间几乎被作业所占,内容也大多是机械抄记、重复套用,既没有什么思维训练价值,也谈不上什么创新实践能力的培养,应试训练色彩浓厚。根据调查,在语文学习过程中有71%的学生因为作业而伤脑筋,有36%的学生将不要布置太多的作业、少写作文和日记等作为对语文老师最大的希望。学生原本浓厚的学习兴趣,就这样不断地被这些练习打磨地无影无踪,一点一滴地耗干了学生的灵活性、创造性和纯真的情怀。这些作业也加重了教师的负担;学生每天厌烦怕做,教师也改得筋疲力尽。 我们教师能不能设计一些又能深化课堂学习、又好玩有趣、又具有一定的挑战性的作业呢?能不能让学生爱做,又要动脑筋,又不能怕麻烦,又可以合作完成,又可以有不同的答案,又可以选择做不做,老师批改起来也轻松愉悦呢?这恐怕要老师多动脑筋了。 我早在1998年就开始探求语文作业改革。几年来,我积极引入现代教育理念,全方位地改进语文作业的设计策略和训练内容,构建人文交互性作业评价机制,形式上追求活泼多样,内容上体现个性化、生活化和社会化,形成了一整套“以程序性自主学习为主线、以师生人文信息互动为主体”的作业设计与指导策略,使作业的设计、指导与评价模式产生质的飞跃,真正形成了一场“作业革命”。 一、变单一作业为多元作业,让学生竞展风采 课堂教学中,教师往往愿意多方面地调动学生的感官参与学习,提高学生的学习积极性和学习效率。但是,同样作为学习的重要环节,作业练习的过程中,教师却往往忽视了指导学生充分运用感官,全方位、多角度地认识事物、进行感知,也没有鼓励学生以丰富多彩的形式展现其学习、思考的结果,最终导致师生之间只是浅薄的文本符号的往来,毫无和谐美好的情趣可言。很多题目脱离学生生活实际,靠的是死记硬背,学生不仅个性没有得到发挥,而且思维潜力也得不到挖掘,很少能通过作业练习真正获得学习技能、学习态度的养成,学习能力不具备可持续性发展,没有后劲。 所以,我将过去单一的文本作业改进为可以辅以图画、照片、剪报、互联网资料,甚至是手工制作、植物叶片等等来表现,用创作的乐曲来表现,用摄录的活动录像来表现,用排练的短剧或小品来表现……鼓励学生以看、听、触、闻、尝、摸和想象等多种手段感受知识的存在、进行学问的探讨,完成生动活泼的、精彩纷呈的作业。 例如,教学《孙中山破陋习》一文时,我就让学生做了这样的作业:用三天的时间,走访老人,和他们谈一谈“裹足”、“小脚”,然后写一篇采访报告。结果,学生的作业出人意料的好。 再如,教学《第一朵杏花》中的一段,“春天来了,春风吹皱了河水,吹绿了小树,吹鼓了花苞……”我让学生用画画、诗歌、乐曲等形式来表现这一段所描写的景象。学生兴致高昂,表现出孩子们特有的天真:有的画水彩画,有的画成油画,有的做成贴纸画,有的带来了剪纸,有的自己创作了竖笛曲,有的录制了小提琴的乐音……做这种作业,同学欢乐,老师自豪,家长也啧啧称道,一举多得呀! 学生在完成这类作业时,不仅充分学习和凭借了教材内容,还广泛的涉猎到与教材相关的文学、生物、环境、城市、绘画、工艺、家庭、社交、体育、道德、科技、历史、信息技术等等社会生活的方方面面的现象和知识。学生可以邀请同学合作、家长参与,甚至邀请教师参与……
物理常识 世界三分之一的智慧 1.彼得.德拜 美国物理化学家。1884年出生于荷兰。1901年进入德国亚琛工业大学学习电气工程, 1905年获电子工程师学位,因他通过偶极矩研究及x射线衍射研究对分子结构学科所作贡献而于1936年获诺贝尔化学奖金。1966年逝世。 2.威廉.亨利.布喇格(w.h.bragg,1862-1942)是现代固体物理学的奠基人之一,他早年在剑桥三一学院学习数学,曾任利兹大学、伦敦大学教授,1940年出任皇家学会会长。由于在使用x射线衍射研究晶体原子和分子结构方面所作出的开创性贡献,他与儿子w.l.布喇格分享了1915年诺贝尔物理学奖。父子两代同获一个诺贝尔奖,这在历史上恐怕是绝无仅有的。同时,他还作为一名杰出的社会活动家,在二三十年代是英国公共事务中的风云人物。 3. 爱因斯坦是20世纪最伟大的科学家,被公认为人类历史上最具有创造性才智的人物之一。他的名字与相对论密不可分,其实,相对论包括两种理论:其一是他1905年提出声狭义相对论;其二是他1915年提出的广义相对论。后者,我们最好称之为爱因斯坦引力论。 4.埃伦费斯特 ( p. ehrenfest, 1880-1933) ——荷兰物理学家 5.1930年,英国物理学家保罗.狄拉克(paul adrien maurice dirac,1902~1984)用数学方法描述电子运动规律时,发现电子的电荷可以是负电荷、也可以是正电荷的。狄拉克猜想,在自然界中可能存在一种“反常的”带正电荷的电子。 6.薛定谔(erwin schrodinger,1887-1961)奥地利理论物理学家,与爱因斯坦、玻尔、玻恩、海森伯等一起于20世纪20年代后期,发展了量子力学。因建立描述电子和其他亚原子粒子的运动的波动方程,获得1933年诺贝尔物理奖。 7.1922—1923年间,康普敦(a.h.compton l892—1962)研究了x射线经金属或石墨等物质散射后的光谱。 8.美籍奥地利科学家沃尔夫冈.泡利(wolfgang e.pauli,1900~1958),是迎着20世纪一同来到世界的,父亲是维也纳大学的物理化学教授,教父是奥地利的物理学家兼哲学家。 9.海森伯,w.k.(werner karl heisenberg 1907~1976)德国理论物理学家,量子力学第一种有效形式(矩阵力学)的创建者。    10.玻恩,m.(max born 1882~1970)德国理论物理学家,量子力学的奠基人之一。 11.尼尔斯.玻尔(bohr,niels)1885年10月7日生于丹麦首都哥本哈根,父亲是哥本哈根大学的生理学教授.从小受到良好的家庭教育.1903年进入哥本哈根大学学习物理,1909年获科学硕士学位,1911年获博士学位.大学二年级时研究水的表面张力问题,自制实验器材,通过实验取得了精确的数据,并在理论方面改进了物理学家瑞利的理论,研究论文获得丹麦科学院的金奖章. 12.普朗克,m.(max planck 1858~1947)近代伟大的德国物理学家,量子论的奠基人。 13.居里夫人(1867-1934〕是最著名的女物理学家。她曾两次获诺贝尔奖,1903年的物理奖,1911年的化学奖。她受教育较晚,于1893年获物理学位,1894年获数学学位,1903年获博士学位。局里夫人以放射性作为论文题目,她研究了很多物质,发现钍及其化合物的特性与铀相同。研究沥青铀矿时,她发现了镭和仆。1910年她成功的分离了纯镭。居里夫人对巴黎的局里实验室的建立作出很大贡献。 14.洛仑兹(hendrik antoon lorentz 1853~1928)与塞曼(pietr zeeman 1865~1943)因研究磁场对辐射现象的影响、发现塞曼效应,分享了1902年度诺贝尔物理学奖。 15.朗之万:1872年1月23日生于巴黎,法国著名的物理学家。
