First Raiha separated Itsuki from Fuu and Yotsuba so that Itsuki can change her cloths, then she went back to lure Yotsuba away by pretending to be hungry so that now "Rena" and Fuu can meet alone. this means that: Raiha knew Itsuki is "Rena" and by extension that Yotsuba is lolikano, it is unlikely for Ituski to withhold this information as the objective of this meeting was to reveal the real lolikano to Fuu. But she seems to know that Yotsuba likes Fuutarou when other more perceptive character didn't even notice. There is only one explanation: Raiha told her that Yotsuba kissed Fuutarou under the bell. This is where everything began to make sense, Before chapter 68 Itsuki wasn't in a hurry to let Fuu know the truth because she didn't think Yotsuba still have feeling's for Fuu so this relation wasn't as important. But after the bell kiss this act could be seen as a even bigger backstab than what Ichika did. this is why Itsuki was in a hurry to let Fuu know the truth and asked him if he still cared about "Rena"
