【向药家索款，别以公益的名义！】张显和显狗，有没有觉得四面楚歌？ -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 向药家索款，别以公益的名义 2012年02月15日 14:26 秦丹来源：新民晚报转载：人民网秦丹药家鑫案被害方代理人张显，日前在博客发布被害方张平选等人的声明，称如果从药家要到20万元补偿款，将全部捐给农村贫困儿童，供他们接受教育。没有谁会不支持慈善，但公众不会允许有人以慈善的名义，做本不该做的事。网友公认“张代理”的“点子”就是多，前几日协同张平选等人向药家强索补偿款，最后发生肢体冲突，说是因为张家“缺钱看病”；现在又“代理”说如能得到这20万元，将捐给农村贫困儿童，难道钱又多得花不完了?公众对“张代理”的“激情之举”，并非看不透，多质疑张显之所以在索款一事上越陷越深，与药父起诉的名誉权案不无关系。药家鑫被判死刑，是经法律审判，这是他应该承受的罪与罚。但公众似乎多在心底有一个模糊的认识:张显给药家鑫之所以贴上“军二代”、“富二代”等标签，就是为了引发公众如潮的愤怒，赢得同情赢得舆论；正是舆论的支持，才达成了药家鑫的死刑判决。由此，大家更愿意相信，“张代理”此番诺捐索款，是又一次想祭起“万民伞”，给药家压力。谁说网络舆论影响到了判决?公众真的可以被利用吗?张显可能错判了一点，正义的力量，民间一点也不缺。不难想象，药家鑫父母当时承诺愿出20万元做“补偿”，一来是为了救儿子；二来当然也是为了自己内心的救赎。但当时，张家拒绝了，没有给药家自我救赎的机会。时过境迁，药家鑫以生命为代价，抵了自己的罪行；而药家父母以痛失爱子为代价，平衡了内心的亏欠。现在，要求再付这笔“补偿款”，有违伦理人情。是非已经分明，公众自然不会再入“窠臼”，被再次“点燃”。相反，公众现在还要算另一笔账。张妙被害后，仅微博发起的“一元捐”，就募得了50万元。这笔钱，包括其他捐款，张家派什么用场了?每一分钱都应该花在让人心安的地方，不是吗?为什么公众的支持和善意，却换不来人心的宁静?是张显自己参与其中吗?甚至有网友如此质问:为什么一颗代表正义的“良心”，可以变成“搅屎棍”? 张显曾经涉嫌以非理性客观之网语，在网络上推波助澜，给药家父母以巨大的压力。现在人家通过法律讨还公道，说到底就是要你一个道歉，张显不应该因此将自己在两家纠纷中置入过深。而以公益的名义向药家索款，更是大谬。这种做法，第一亵渎了慈善的本质，第二无关乎药家父母的内心救赎，第三有可能给自己套上一顶欺骗舆论的帽子，第四伤害到曾支持他的公众之感情。张显理应明白，他人内心的救赎和安然，是人家的事；向别人强求，就该先来检视自己的内心。把该放下的放下吧，希望张显能早点走出这场闹剧。
