德州黑商贩把M134拆成散件,以废料名义买给墨西哥非法武装 如题 A two–count Information charges 28–year-old Tyler Carlson of Austin, 69-year-old Michael Fox of Georgetown, TX, and 62–year-old Tracy Garwood of Scottsdale, AZ, with one count of conspiracy to violate multiple federal laws, including possessing and transferring unregistered machineguns and unlawfully exporting firearms to Mexico. Additionally, Carlson is charged with one substantive count of possession of an unregistered machinegun. “We need to vigorously enforce the firearm laws that are on the books, and these charges are part of that mission,” stated United States Attorney John F. Bash. According to the Information, Carlson worked with others to acquire and unlawfully smuggle 200 firearms, including .50 caliber rifles, and hundreds of thousands of rounds of ammunition to Mexico. Additionally, according to the Information, Carlson worked with Michael Fox, a former law enforcement officer and federal firearms licensee, to illegally acquire multiple M-134G Minigun machineguns. The M-134G is a six-barrel rotary machine gun that can fire between 2,000 and 6,000 rounds of ammunition per minute. Fox then contacted Garwood, owner of Garwood Industries in Scottsdale, who agreed to help with the construction and supply Fox with M-134G parts. Garwood submitted false paperwork to the ATF claiming he had destroyed multiple M-134G rotor housings—a key component of the M-134G that must be serialized and registered with the ATF. Instead, according to the Information, Garwood unlawfully transferred possession of those rotor housings to Fox. On February 8, 2017, authorities recovered three M134G rotor housings while executing a search warrant at Fox’s residence in Georgetown, Texas. Two of the rotor housings were ones that Garwood told ATF were destroyed. The Information also states that prior to the search warrant, Fox successfully built multiple M-134G machineguns, unlawfully transferred them to Carlson, who in turn transferred them to an unnamed person. That person successfully smuggled M-134G machineguns to Mexico.

Republican Representative Jesse Young has been gathering support among colleagues and the public for the planned span, which would link Bremerton and Port Orchard on the Kitsap Peninsula, spokesman Kevin Shutty said on Friday. “It’s a bottleneck area and for a number of years people have been looking for some solutions,” Shutty said. “This would definitely be a unique way to tackle some of those problems, but at the same time it would serve as a floating memorial to veterans and the sacrifice they have given to our country.” The area near where the proposed bridge would be built includes a U.S. Navy base and naval hospital, and it is home to many retired veterans from all arms of the military. Young’s plan, in its early phases, proposes laying end-to-end at least two retired aircraft carriers moored at the naval shipyard in Bremerton, Shutty said. Chris Johnson, a spokesman for Naval Sea Systems Command in Washington D.C., said the plan was a longshot because neither of those ships were available, and all such ships decommissioned in the future are scheduled to be scrapped. Shutty acknowledged there were hurdles, but said the feasibility study would determine whether the project was a real possibility. “It’s a novel concept,” he said. “I think there’s a lot of public support at least for exploring the idea.” The state Senate is expected to vote on funding the feasibility study in the next two weeks, he said. The United States military was concerned that the Soviets (or other "Hostile Actors") might cut those cables, forcing the unpredictable ionosphere to be the only means of communication with overseas forces. The voice connection was described as "intelligible" and was transmitted at a data rate of approximately 20,000 bits per second-- about the speed of a 1992-era telephone modem. But as the needles continued to disperse to their final cloud, the data rate dropped off significantly, so much so that by June 18th only 400 bits per second could be transmitted. On July 2nd, the experiment was terminated. PHASE, as it is commonly known, maintains its rule and an illusion of prosperity through artifacts it created or recovered in its glorious past. These artifacts are named Evidences, and can vary in size, shape and function. There are only two things they have in common: Their inner workings cannot be explained or replicated - and they have great potential as weapons. When the main plot takes place, various independent countries have already seceded from PHASE, along with a liberation movement forming inside. All the factions are on a race to gain the most Evidences. The general population of PHASE lives in alternating boredom and violence, with at best 20th century living standards and education level, plus very little regard for human life. PHASE and its competitors are all completely locked on Earth - heavier than air flight is impossible without using Evidences. Until now. Episode 1 The story starts with guerilla member Marlowe Whitehead trying to reach and kill his target - general Seth Penrose - in a raid on the latter’s warehouse before any of his comrades can do so. He ran into Seth’s security team and its captain Mandevel, who gave him a lift a few months ago, making him recollect his memory about what happened in between. Whitehead back then was a young odd job man and petty criminal coming to PHASE’s capital, because a Mr. Dreiser - a rich but distant relative of his - offered him a legal job as a corporate guard. The second day at the Dreiser mansion ended with two masked figures appearing out of nowhere and killing all but him and the daughter Kana. The two guerilla members Arkhangelski and Belle exposed to him that Mr. Dreiser’s business is actually disposal of undesirables for the PHASE government, which unleashed the psychopathy of people involved, including Kana. Without a defense, Whitehead stabbed Kana in the back and offered to join Arkhangelski. Episode 2 through 4 The “Bloodletters” is an underground cell of the strongest resistance army in the country that targets the government’s worst figures and provides personal vengeance for the oppressed. All its members are armed with Evidences, and Whitehead was assigned one – a pair of long knives that changes causality to ensure the wielder can strike the target– after killing a police chief in public. He has no qualms about using violence before and outright enjoys his new murdering profession since it is justifiable as fighting for the powerless. Episode 5 However, he slowly discovers that the Bloodletters are also an enforcing and purging department for its parent organization. Mr. Dreiser is introduced to his unethical operation and “hobby” years ago because the organization used him to neutralize some witness to their own activities. After killing his way through a series of competing organizations and a defecting founding member of the Bloodletters, Whitehead searches desperately for a chance to exit and save his idealism. Episode 6 Finally, an order came from the parent organization to eliminate Seth Penrose, the former mentor of Bloodletters’ leader Hope. The man is rumored to have destroyed his own army division in the search of lost technology and sparked her defect from PHASE. To spare his emotionally torn commander and comrades from the pain of fighting another friend, Whitehead vowed to kill Seth ahead of everyone else. Present day, the raid. Mandevel and Seth convinced Whitehead the reality and intent of the research. Facing the project to “end an eternity” in another of these dubious missions is the last straw for Whitehead. The three set a fire to fake Seth’s death, and then Whitehead leaves the Bloodletters a few days later to join Seth. Episode 7 Seth produces a replica of the Fokker E.III and flies it very successfully. Whitehead distributes to underground media the news, which is picked up by the Bloodletters, making him a target for his former comrades. Belle tracked Seth’s airbase down and destroys his plane, before he can explain to her the truth of the incident. Episode 8 General Jean Paul Reddler, Seth’s old second in command and also another relative of Mr. Dreiser, is appointed as the law enforcement chief of the capital by the army shortly before the raid – to replace the man Whitehead killed on his first mission. He comes up with a plan to make peace with the resistance; because he and Seth are going to turn against the government too once they gain enough power. To the shock of Whitehead, Kana Dreiser survived his stabbing of her and even cured her antisocial tendencies, thanks to the power of Reddler’s Evidence. Mandevel contacts the Bloodletters under disguise for a vigilant assassination job on Reddler himself, while hinting Kana’s survival to them. The cell takes the bait, and Seth is able to broker a truce. The time to host airshows, make deliveries, and prepare for war has finally come.
