Reports from their hometown of Perth are that the pair began dating while both were visiting their respective families during the holiday season. Ledger's relatives have been telling friends that the two are now and item and the pair have been spotted at parties in the Western Australian capital over the festive season. One witness who saw them together at Creatures Loft in Fremantle on Boxing Day said they were acting like a couple. "They weren't all over each other but they were sitting together and looked like they were together," the source said. The US-based pair - who returned home to spend Christmas with their families - were with a group of friends and Ward was looking her usual stunning self in a pink maxi dress. But the runway babe has also been taking the opportunity to catch up with her gal pals and was seen having lunch at Benny's Bar and Cafe in Fremantle. Although the relationship apparently became official in Perth, distance should not be a problem, as both reside in New York. Rumours of Ledger's interest in Ward first arose in November, with reports in the New York Post suggesting that he was actively pursuing her, but at the time she was not interested. A couple of months of patience, the legendary Ledger charm, charisma, that smile . . . and voila. Ledger is an Oscar-nominated actor, and Ward has an emerging film career of her own. Her breakthrough flick The Black Balloon, in which she stars alongside Toni Collette, has been selected for the Berlin Film Festival in February. It's supposedly their international Dark Knight Teaser One Sheet. The poster is being touted webwide as legitimate, and it's highly probable that it is, although I am hesitant to make that claim. 【09月18日★】看到时间表上的一个巧合看看JUS整理的06/07年行程表，发现有两件事几乎是同时进行的，而且冷热的时间非常一致就是JR传闻和HM结婚疑云在06年11月，有人声称目击HM去登记所进行婚姻登记，与此同时，坊间第一次传出JR的传闻。但这两件事并没有热播很久，反正很快就平息下来。然后在07年3月初，HM再度盛传已经结婚，沸沸扬扬，并有狗仔拍到H戴介指的相片（但同时又传闻他们在吵架准备分手），而恰好在同一时间，JR的传闻再次风烟四起，并且各大网站严阵以待讲得就象真的一样。这两件事，虽然媒体上窜下跳，但当事人H或J都未曾对外讲过半个字，也不承认，也不否认。再后来，也就是上段时间，H的经纪人正式向外证实HM已经分手，紧接着，J也正式向外澄清否认与R的绯闻。这两件事，不能说一定有关联，但时间上丝丝入扣不差分毫，的确很有趣，呵呵。
