Chaussee joined the band in late 2004 as a replacement for the recently-departed John 5.A former member of Danzig and of Rob Halford's post-Judas Priest band Fight, and Minneapolis's (The Coup De Grace) Chaussee brought an "old-school" heavy metal sound to Marilyn Manson's live performance, in contrast to John 5's polished hard rock influences.Chaussee's position in the band was temporary. In a 2006 performance of the band's cover of "This Is Halloween" for the Nightmare Before Christmas movie, Tim was seen playing guitar, as well as doing some sampling. There was no live bassist either, which isn't too surprising as bass never had much of an impact on the music in any case.

With the exception of two bottles of absinthe, what kind of Satanist stocks his dressing room with Haribo gummi bears, mini chocolates, Doritos, and 2% milk? And it's odd that air conditioning is "REALLY important!!" to a guy who has pledged fealty to Lucifer himself. Oh, and don't even get us started on the post-concert "Manson Bus" food. Manwich mix?! Soy milk and microwave popcorn? Sweet Jesus, where are the chopped-up kittens and pints of pigeon blood? (8 pages)
