交流病情 确诊骶关囊肿一年多了，介绍一下自己的病情。我是脚面疼，特别疼，药酸背痛。坚持锻炼好些了，这几天有点复发。我的方法是倒走，拉杠子，撑手，和倒立。外加暖宝宝夜里热敷（冬天才做，要设计好温度，小心烫伤）。
