横看成岭侧成峰。。。。。 横看成岭侧成峰，远近高低各不同；不识庐山真面目，只缘身在此山中。宋．苏东坡这首诗偈是宋朝大文学家苏东坡写的，意思是说庐山横看像岭，侧看像峰，又因远近角度不同，一下子高，一下子低。“不识庐山真面目，只缘身在此山中”，比喻我们天天都为吃饭、睡觉、工作而尽心费神，忙忙碌碌，对于自己生从何来、死往何去的大事反而不知道，不能把握生命的真谛，就像骑牛觅牛，实在可叹。有一个人有七头牛，他在牛背上数牛，怎么数都少了一头。不放心地下来重数，没错啊！是七头牛，一头不少。再跨上牛背一数，咦！怎么又少了一头？为什么呢？这就叫忘失自己，一如身在庐山不知庐山真面目。如果我们能跳出身心的桎梏，从宇宙的眼光和角度来看，就能看到自己的本来面目，认识人生的真相。过去，有一个少女照镜子时，一时恍惚生出错觉，吓！镜中人怎么没有头？情急之下精神意志错乱了，奔出门到处找头。见到这个人就叫“还我的头来！”见到那个人也说“还我的头来！”拉拉扯扯地到处跟人要头，半路遇到一个和尚，就扯着喊：“还我的头来！”和尚看出她的病况，扬手打了她一个耳光，少女怔怔地质问：“你为什么打我？”“我打你哪里了？”“你打我的头！”“头既然在你身上，为什么还要向我要头？”一言惊觉，少女如梦初醒。我们每个人内心都蕴藏着无限宝藏，却不知道精进、奋发、向上，不向内心探索开采，只会在心外求法，期望别人帮助开示。自家两亩田不耕耘，却去替别人一亩田帮佣，点滴工资，哪有自家收获多？己立立人，己助助人！心外无法。
