[转载]浅谈教育行业的互联网精神这个深夜，突然想写点随感。在教育行业待了这么多年，感觉这个行业还是缺乏对于互联网精神真正的理解和适合互联网人才生存的土壤，很多互联网人才留不住。什么是互联网精神？在我看来，是对客户需求和体验近乎狂热的开掘甚至是引导提升。以中国互联网行业最成功的企业淘宝为例，发现了江浙一代小商品交易生产者和交易者很多，他们需要实现商品库存更快的周转，而买家需要货比三家之后以便宜的价格买到更好的商品，于是开发了这个平台，而且在每一天，都围绕着买家和卖家的体验在做精细的雕琢。后来京东发现了淘宝C2C以及物流模式的很多潜在问题，推出了京东模式的B2C购物。淘宝以淘宝商城来还击，同时开发客户更深度的需求，就是比价和比质量，同时推出一淘，以垂直搜索的形态进入京东的上游。而这个时候，一群人在寻找更深层次的需求，他们发现淘宝上都是商家在推广自己的产品，其实女性购物者很喜欢分享、晒或者打听别人的购物习惯。于是美丽说、蘑菇街产生，短短时间，以信息分享平台的形式成为淘宝的上游。同时51打折、米折网进一步挖掘客户对于打折的需求...... 在这场争上游的游戏里，每天都有很多牺牲者，每年都有大赢家，这就是互联网速度和互联网精神。所以互联网产品的开发和成功离不开对于客户需求的开掘，精雕细琢地买足以及超越客户当下需求，主动地引导..... 但是教育行业满足的很多都是刚性需求，相对于互联网行业，对于需求的研究和开发还是显得比较迟缓的。做的比较好的学而思，有相对较多的互联网基因，但是对于超越中小学的网络布局还未形成，而且e度空间虽然在向平台转型，过于浓厚的学而思痕迹以及教育行业的板块以及格局属性也让平台很难搭建。比如学而思进入留学行业时，缺乏对于留学行业客户需求的深层研究，于是进展比较缓慢。新东方建立了庞大的互联网团队，但是不管是留留学、还是官网，没有和新东方线下业务的量级匹配，传统的校园讲座、励志书籍等依然是营销的主流。更多的公司只是网络一些零星的网络人才，没有形成真正的互联网土壤和基因，也没有得到公司真正的重视。这些人就算对互联网非常了解，也因为得不到对业务和产品了解的人组成团队，而开发出真正好的产品。为一款产品的开发付出800小时的研究和讨论，是一般公司无法承受和忍耐的效率,对高ROI的追求逼着很多公司只好依赖SEM和在线广告投放。为一款产品忍耐2年的客户培育期，是很多教育公司无法想象的。But，在真正的互联网公司，这些都是很普遍的。没有这样精雕细琢的调研、讨论、适用、优化，何谈成功？一些浅显的思考，随手写在这里。也许有偏颇，欢迎拍砖。
