古美小区主卧,12线虹梅路,9线漕河泾 地址:古美小区,走路到12线虹梅路和东兰路地铁站需要5~10分钟,到9号线漕河泾地铁站和合川路地铁站有公交,走路15~30分钟 周边:门口各种小吃,商业街,小商店,附近没有电影院,电影院在沃尔玛那边,坐公交可以过去,走路需要走30+分钟房子: 原始三房的主卧朝南带阳台,2楼,房东就住楼上。 公共区域:冰箱、洗衣机,煤气做饭,燃气热水器,客厅比较小其他房间 租客:1.我住在主卧旁边男生,2.另外一个男生住在次卧,他只回家睡觉,我们2个人都是IT行业从业者,期待你的到来 宽带:电信100M,我的路由器问题,出来的无线只有50M,如果你们有路由器可以插上使用, 费用:卧室2300元,押一付三,无中介费,水电煤均摊,如果正常使用不浪费,人均一个月总共100,网费一年300,一个月30,如果说需要升级宽带到200M,我去办理宽带升级,网费一年400,一个月40(这样我需要换路由器) 时间:随时入住,一起和房东签合同 房东要求:1.靠谱2.不抽烟3.整个房间不能住超过4个人(朝南卧室最多住2人,次卧只能住1人)4.有正规工作,或者正规学校毕业学生5.不扰民 如果觉得贵,可以和我换,我住在旁边没有阳台的卧室里,大小一样,价格2100你可以周围看看,算上中介费都是多少钱,这个价格在这里还是比较便宜的,房间比较旧,我们收拾下就完美了 房东说【长租不涨价!!】
