4月22日开始，实行21天减肥法！ 来到美国上学，从56公斤胖到66公斤，以前在国内就算胖的，现在看56公斤时的照片，觉得好瘦好瘦，不过还是希望能够收到50公斤以下。每次开始减肥的时候，总是没有坚持下来，每次都气得咬牙切齿的，看到别的中国女生都减肥成功穿迷你裙了，自己就超级羡慕。从明天开始我决定一定要坚持减肥，虽然5月4号开始就有FINAL了，但是如果从现在开始，我就能早点瘦下来了，哈哈哈哈。 从明天开始第一天，4月22日，大家支持我吧，马上准备去超市买水，茶，美国有那种有柠檬，橘子口味的矿泉水，而且0卡路里，我想应该可以喝吧。美国的食物有一点很好，就是都标有卡路里，可以很清楚知道自己摄入的卡路里。
