Josh's Letter to Japanese People To my inspiring fans, friends and the great people of Japan, I join the chorus of voices who have shared their grief over what has happened. Your country is one that I had dreamed of visiting since I was very young and through the music I have been lucky enough to share with you, and the ever growing group of friends and supporters I feel honored to call mine, it has been a place of truly wonderful moments that live forever in my heart. Josh Groban's Malibu home up for sale Josh Groban has listed his 1.8 acre estate in Malibu for $6.1 million. It appears the housing bubble has not affected the asking price. The 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath house, built in 1976 was purchased in 2005 for $4.1 million. The 3294 square foot home is located in the gated community of Point Dume. Point dume is known as a popular private enclave for celebrities with its access to a private beach. Josh's 3 story abode which was featured in In-Style magazine, has the amenities any celebrity could ask for. It comes with a one bedroom guest house, recording studio, heated pool & spa with waterfall, lighted tennis court outdoor kitchen and access to a private beach. The Tuscan style villa was decorated by Josh's mom, Lindy, an interior decorator. She kept Josh's desire in a home in mind when decorating. Lindy told InStyle magazine, "Josh wanted a place that felt like a retreat but was very guylike. I mean we have Farr who is just the tireless. . . you know, chivalrous, kind of represents everything that is great about the game guy, and who has had such a miraculous season, and then you’ve got Drew Brees and the Saints who so unbelievably deserve all the successes here because they have had just a great season and I think it will be their first time in the Super Bowl. So. . . I was rooting for them both. And I was sad to see it end in, in, you know. . . Not just that it was overtime, but our overtimes rules, I think are really silly. My feeling is, they were tied up because they both had possession. So, why not give them the extra time to have possession again? To see who runs fastest finally. Or something.
