关于安魂曲 安魂曲其实也是弥撒曲的一个分支，主要是指罗马天主教用于超度亡灵的特殊弥撒，安魂曲的唱词与普通弥撒基本相同，但省略了荣耀经（Gloria）与信经（Credo），增加了“震怒之日”（Dies irae）。之所以称为安魂曲，是因为唱词的首句以“Requiem aeternam”开头，第一句是“主啊，请赐予他们永恒的安息”。安魂曲这个名词在音乐上接受的人比较多，而教会一般将其翻译为追思曲。   　　早期，象拉索、帕莱斯特里纳、维多利亚等都写过安魂曲，比如，帕莱斯特里亚在1591年创作的《死者弥撒》（Missa pro Defunctis），其实就是安魂曲。1605年，当维多利亚担任马德里德斯卡尔扎雷亚修道院管风琴师、唱诗班指挥的时候，他创作了一部原先被命名为《悼亡仪式》（Officium defunctorum）的安魂曲，虽然形式上与现在的安魂曲相比有些出入，但庄严的音乐却令人肃然起敬，这些都是文艺复兴时代著名的安魂曲作品。许茨、巴赫、海顿等因为并非天主教徒，因此鲜有创作安魂曲，在19世纪初最出名的安魂曲就要算是莫扎特的那部了。                如果要一位粗通音乐的人说出历史上最出名的安魂曲，恐怕十个倒有九个要答莫扎特《安魂曲》。人们热衷于《安魂曲》的原因更多是出于猎奇。1826年一位名叫戈特弗里德·韦伯的多事的德国作曲家撰写了一本书，书中对30多年前首演的莫扎特的《安魂曲》提出了真伪考据的疑问，于是重新钩起人们对陈年往事的无限兴趣，一时各种关于《安魂曲》的传奇、假想、谣言、推测与美好幻想相继出笼，关于莫扎特的一切重又成为抢手货，从此，《安魂曲》研究竟然成为莫扎特学的一部分
