有运行游戏问题，求大神帮忙解决。昨天购买了the culling游戏进入后，游戏里面没有ui界面，功能全都好使，唯独ui界面不显示。换了个专线后，ui要等很久才会显示（不明白，ui是需要现从服务器下载？）。刚玩了2把，游戏突然闪退了，弹出一个系统报错的提示框，让我反馈问题，都是英文啥的巴拉巴拉……本人英语极烂，就关闭无视了。神奇的时候来了，再次进入游戏，无限卡在这个界面中了（该死的steam还在计算时间）等了好久以后，关闭再进，还是卡在这。无奈重启电脑，可以进了。刚开始，游戏又是闪退出来，还是报错提示框。再进，还是卡在上面的位置。无奈只好暂时不玩了，然而steam又关不掉，最后才发现在进程中还隐藏着这个东西向steam申请退款，然而steam居然说我已经进行了3个小时的游戏，就是那个该死的进程导致的现在不能玩，也不能退款，求大神帮忙，我是菜鸟，懂得少，求指点笔记本电脑 msi gtx70 红龙限量版 win7 x64
