星旅邮轮公司 【品橙旅游】最新消息,中国旅游集团已购入一艘邮轮,计划于2019年8月中旬在欧洲正式接手该邮轮,开始在中国沿海进行商业运营。 据悉,该邮轮的运营主体是星旅邮轮,星旅邮轮是由中国旅游集团与中远海运集团共同投资成立的一家新邮轮旅游公司,公司的服务宗旨是“为广大中国游客提供优质、便利、具有典型本土经营风格的海上度假旅游服务。” 综合信息显示,该邮轮购自嘉年华集团,1995年由德国的迈尔造船厂(Meyer Werft) 建造,总吨位69,153吨,邮轮长度260米,邮轮宽度32.2米,载客人数1870人,船员人数760人。 从以上信息看,中国旅游集团的第一艘邮轮,与天海邮轮参数相当。 众所周知,目前国内邮轮母港航次最多的是上海和天津,也是众多国际邮轮公司竞相争夺的阵地,特别是2018年7月13日,吴淞口国际邮轮港新客运大楼两座新航站楼投入使用,吴淞口国际邮轮港的新客运大楼投入试运营,也标志着中国邮轮母港正式开启“四船同靠”新纪元,具备两个23万吨,两个16万吨的泊位,吞吐量大幅提升。 加上江浙沪“包邮区”效应,人口密集和消费能力旺盛,上海港会不会是星旅邮轮的母港?或者是厦门?甚至考虑到中国旅游集团总部效应的海口? 来自星旅邮轮的信息显示,第一艘邮轮未来计划运营以中国各大母港(包括上海、厦门、广州、青岛、海口等)出发到日本、越南、菲律宾、马来西亚、泰国、新加坡、文莱、印尼等国家和地区的邮轮航线。 这样的母港与路线计划,令人想到一个词——游击战。 业内人士分析,星旅邮轮的第一艘邮轮应该不会长期固定母港运营,“因为这是一艘小船,在性价比上不占什么优势,况且就经营经验而言,也比不上在中国耕耘了那么多年的譬如皇家加勒比、MSC、歌诗达等,另外,只有一艘船的运营,在单一母港也很难玩出新花样”。 不过,在各大母港走巡回航次,根据季节性的差异,以及各个母港的船期安排,确定全年的巡回计划,有利于充分挖掘各个母港的潜力,降低风险。 同时,目的地选择上,星旅邮轮的第一艘邮轮,或许也将采用差异化的打法,在不同的母港与竞品打不一样的牌? 至少,这样一来,可以产生差异化竞争,不用和竞品一对一的硬扛。 客源呢? 背靠中国旅游集团,和其他船公司不同的是,中国旅游集团是自带客源,自有渠道,每个船期1870人的载客量,随便分分也就有了,不用头疼是包船还是切舱。 这是中国旅游集团的第一艘邮轮,可以预见的是,还有更多的计划展开,毕竟,和中远海运的联手,和厦门港的战略签署,都是为了接下来的布局做准备。

扒一扒维京邮轮 随着维京邮轮公司在中国市场日益扩大的宣传,很多同学都对维京邮轮公司充满了好奇。在和很多同学的接触中,他们把维京邮轮形容为最好的邮轮公司。是不是最好的这个每个人心中都有一个标准,毕竟是一份工作,每个人的评价也不一。那么我们也一起看看这家公司到底有多少我们值得考察的信息吧。 首先,Viking这个品牌我们可以分为两个部分,一个是维京内河游轮,另一个是维京远洋邮轮,我们来说说维京河轮。 维京的河轮遍及欧亚,中国的长江上也有维京河轮。维京河轮的船非常的长,这样可以设计出更多的临河舱房,增加客人的体验感。在河轮领域,维京是当之无愧的世界第一,占据了将近一半的市场份额。2017年,维京开了三艘专门接待在欧洲旅游的中国游客的河轮,今年又预计增加两艘,维京之所以来华大规模招聘,想必大家也都清楚了。这里颇具讽刺意味的是,有些同学费劲千辛万苦去到欧洲,接待的却是中国客人,而在国内长江上工作的维京员工,接待的却是外宾…… 关于维京河轮的岗位。受限于河轮的大小,岗位并不是很多,而且人数非常少。一条河轮的员工人数一共也就五十人左右,分配到每个岗位的人数都是个位数。主要岗位是在餐厅,客房,酒吧,厨房,其他诸如前台,礼宾这样的人数非常少。剩下的就是酒店管理层了。当然如果你咨询一个中介让你面试河轮的WA,那说明他对河轮的岗位压根不了解,那就不要考虑了。当然因为河轮一条船的岗位和人数非常的少,也客观造成了这个公司的面试会非常的激烈,不是面试很难,而是需求量不高。 关于维京河轮的工资,很多小伙伴说得很离谱的高,当然,因为船东不让公开宣传工资的缘故,所以我们在了解的时候会有很多个版本的。有一些吹得天花乱坠的无良宣传我们就不要考虑了。维京内河因为是在欧洲内陆,所以工资是会扣税和缴纳当地社保的,普通岗位比如Waiter或者Steward工资2000欧元,如果扣掉税和社保,也就是1500欧左右,这个工资起点不低,但是相对于很多海船的工资来说,是要少很多的吧。而且维京河轮基本没有小费,等于是固定工资。另外关于社保,是需要退休后在欧洲当地才能享受到的,所以我们等于为欧洲人的养老做了部分贡献。当然说到维京的高工资岗位,Travel Concierge确实算不错,就算是船东降低了工资后,也能拿到3000欧以上,但是说到面试标准,那也是相当的高。 好了,我们总结下维京河轮的优缺点吧: 优点:1. 全程有Wi-Fi(无解的优点); 2. 欧洲航线,可游玩地方多;1和2组合有人就变成了代购狂魔了 3. 内河船小,工作相对轻松; 4. 工资中上,可以攒钱 5. 吃住都很不错 6. 过年停航放假,可回家休息 缺点:1. 需求量小,面试难度大 2. 接待中国游客,对英语提升不大 3. 船期等待的时间非常长 4. 无小费,工资较为固定 还有很多优缺点,留给大家自己吧!
